This exquisite beach front home has sprawling open deck spaces and lanai that lead to an open green space. The cushions and pillows consist of Sunbrella Rain fabric (water repellency) and reticulated foam for lower maintenance during the frequent summer rains. The cushions are constructed with a vent system to allow any moisture to evaporate. The pillows are made of designer Sunbrella fabrics. The teak aged to the beautiful patina color. This project consisted of dining chairs, chaise loungers, sofas and club chairs.
